After obtaining my Real Estate license I went on to specialized training and received designations in the following areas: Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Master Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Advanced Marketing Technology (e-PRO) and New Home Construction (NHC). Because laws change, I continue to educate myself in my career. By doing this, I can maintain a 5 Star rating and give the best service to my clients.

I enjoy assisting a home buyer through their home purchase or a home owner through a successful sale. I also assist clients through their relocation process, sometimes opting to lease as they prepare to make their purchase.

I enjoy educating first time home buyers on the process and benefits of their first major and most important investment.

If credit issues appear to be an obstacle we can also discuss a road map to get prepared for a new home purchase. I have partnered with many vendors that are needed in the home buying process as well as after, all of which I trust with my clients.
